We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $35.00. Notifications given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a cancellation charge. If you have multiple services booked and you are cancelling less than 24 hours before or the same day of the service, the late charge will be incurred.
Yes, walk-ins are welcome, and we will always do our best to accommodate all appointments! However, we do strongly suggest you visit our booking site or give us a call at 908-412-1834 to book an appointment.
Yes, we do offer 15-20 minute consultations. We highly encourage any first time clients looking for braided and coloring services to book a consultation so that we can properly assess your hair and provide proper insight on the next course of action!
Consultations are required for bridal and event services.
Of course! You are allowed to bring your children with you to your appointment. You're more than welcome to book an appointment for your children as well!
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), debit, cash, CashApp, and Vagaro Pay Later.
Please note that there is a 3.25% surcharge on all card charges.
We do offer street parking and there's a free parking lot in the back of the building. The parking lot can be accessed on Hamilton Blvd.
